Select small parcels of our best Tannat, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes were harvested by hand from the estate.
Every bunch was hand checked on our sorting table to ensure only the best quality grapes are used for this Reserve Cuvee.
Each variety was individually fermented and then aged in new French oak for 12 months.
Only the best barrels are selected for this blend, 60 % Tannat, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Merlot that is then aged a further 6 months in French oak to promote harmony.
The wine is lightly pad filtered before bottling to preserve the maximum expression of our vineyard.
This wine is a deep purple colour with ripe cassis and new leather aromas.
Fresh flavours of raspberry and plum are supported by sweet vanilla and rich tannins.
Delicious with lamb or beef dishes. Serve at 16-18’c temperature.
